Identifying Thread Taggers

I’m guessing most people don’t know that in RFD’s vBulletin Forum, you can identify the user who added each tag to a thread. Just hover the mouse over the tag and you will see it:

You can do this even if someone else started the thread.

Edit (2010/Dec/19) – It appears that RFD management has seen this post and disabled this functionality everywhere except in your own threads.

Christmas Traffic

Thank goodness I live within walking distance of a major shopping mall!

I walked to the mall today to pick up some late-breaking Christmas purchases and drivers were honking their horns everywhere! And it wasn’t even a gridlock situation – this was simply due to some drivers being a little slow to turn left at an intersection! It’s already every person for themselves!

Considering that Christmas is on a Saturday this year, it will be interesting this to see what it’s like on the Thursday and Friday just before it. The weekend immediately preceding Christmas is still one week beforehand, so I think a large volume of procrastinators will be caught doing their last minute shopping on weekdays. The office parking lot will probably be relatively empty on those days.
