About 50% of the time I use a new avatar on RFD, it’s because I decided while drinking that it would be funny.

Sending Congratulatory Messages For Post Thresholds

For a long time now I’ve sent people ‘congratulatory’ messages when they reach post thresholds on the RFD forums of 3000, 4000, 8000, 10,000, etc.

It’s gotten to the point that I don’t always remember which people I congratulated and for which threshold, so now I have a spreadsheet.

Thus this pre-emptive action should help me avoid embarrassment at my own hands.
